Apstineo Force Polonia confirm Fletcher and Pfeifer for the 2021 Asian F3 campaign

Apstineo Force Polonia have announced that they have signed Sergio Fletcher and Marijn Pfeifer for their first season in Grand Prix United, while also announcing Adam Rainey as the official teams' reserve driver. The Polish-based outfit is well-known in the sim racing world, since they are currently competing in competitions such as the Formula SimRacing World Championship, the Virtual Endurance Championship and GPVWC Formula Challenge, amongst others. They will be looking to make a mark in Grand Prix United, and team principal Antoni Nicpon sounds very optimistic about his chances for the upcoming season. "We are happy to join the Grand Prix United Asian F3 series this season. We have had previous successes with this Formula 3 car and we hope that our dedication and our drivers can bring us to the top." Both primary drivers, as well as the teams' reserve driver, are nothing short of experience in sim racing. Sergio Fletcher is a previous McLaren Shadow iRacing participant, a multiple time winner in LNE iRacing and is currently driving for the team in the Formula SimRacing Pro and World Championship categories. Sergio Fletcher: "Apstineo Force Polonia is the first team I raced with in rFactor 2. They trusted me enough to field me in Formula SimRacing, so we had a good relationship already. I'm happy to participate in Grand Prix United with them too." Marijn Pfeifer is the 2020 SimFormula Fastest on Track winner, a multiple winner in SRVN and is currently driving for the team in EERC, and has already stated that he "won't stop driving until he has beaten his target times." Team principal Antoni Nicpon: "Sergio Fletcher is one of our best open wheel drivers and Marijn Pfeifer has experience in these cars from SRVN, so while I can't predict where we will be or how we will do, we sure hope to make an instant impact in our first season in the series." The reserve seat will be occupied by Adam Rainey. The British driver is currently competing in GPVWC Formula Challenge, and has shown great potential during his first few outings for the team. Adam Rainey: "2021 will be my first year in Grand Prix United as a reserve driver. I am looking forward to be doing it with Apstineo Force Polonia, as well as with my fellow teammates Sergio Fletcher and Marijn Pfeifer. They are both very experienced in sim racing so I will definitely be able to learn a thing or two from them."
